Lil John is down with Ms. Spears!!!

Lil Jon has cosigned Britney Spears’ album. He says that her upcoming album, Circus, is going to be a club-banging hit! “It’s going to be a big album,” he told PEOPLE at the VH1 Save the Music Hip Hop Honors after party in New York Thursday night. “Britney is very intelligent and she’s really set up [for success],”says Jon, who is one of the album’s producers. “She is focused and she wants it again, so it’s definitely going to happen for her.” Lil Jon says that album will be on heavy rotation at all clubs. We’ll see how this Circus turns out!

Britney tells with the new "Womanizer" joint

"Womanizer," the first single from Britney Spears' upcoming album "Circus," hit U.S. radio outlets this morning. The track, produced by up-and-coming Atlanta team the Outsyders, has a thick, synthy sound that should lend itself to remixes and club play.

Lyrically, "Womanizer" finds Spears rebuffing the advances of man with the "swagger of champions." "Must mistake me as a sucker / To think that I would be a victim not another / Say it, play it how you wanna / But no way I'm ever gonna fall for you," she sings.

Among the other contributors on "Circus" are Dr. Luke, who wrote and produced the title cut, Danja, Guy Sigsworth, Max Martin and Bloodshy & Avant. The album's release on Dec. 2 coincides with Spears' 27th birthday.

Although its video isn't quite ready yet, "Womanizer" will play during Monday's (Sept. 29) episode of the MTV show "The Hills."

Trump saves McMahon!!!

Donald Trump doesn't know Ed McMahon, but he "grew up watching him on tv," so he'd like to be his new landlord. McMahon is currently facing foreclosure from Countrywide, and had 2 weeks to sell his house before the bank repossessed it. Mr. Trump has agreed to buy the house and lease it to McMahon, says the LA Times.

"I don't know the man, but I grew up watching him on TV," Trump told The Times. "When I was at the Wharton School of Business," Trump said, "I'd watch him every night. How could this happen?"

McMahon originally bought the home in 1990 for $2.6 million, and owed $4.8 million to Countrywide at the time that he defaulted. Earlier articles claimed that he was unable to sell the house because it was too close to property owned by Britney Spears and that the constant helicopters and paparazzi were scaring off buyers.

Joe got a little beef with label mate R. Kelly

WOW! So R&B singer Joe revealed some juicy scoop on his situation at Jive Records and his label mate R. Kelly. Joe has been with Jive for the past 11 years but never was as successful as he should have been even after six album. He recently decided to branch off and go the independent route as most artist do if they don’t make it “big” under an established label.

Joe said after he left Jive, he found out why he never really progressed while signed to the label that launched the success of Alicia Keys, Britney Spears, his label mate R. Kelly & much more. The reason he says…R. Kelly himself! Joe tells EUR’s Lee Baily in an x-clusive interview that R. Kelly put pressure on Jive executives and radio stations to fall back on promoting Joe’s records especially when his single’s got to much attention.

“R. Kelly was very instrumental in making a lot of decisions when it came to my records being played on the radio,” Joe revealed. “He would make a call to the radio station or to the label and say, ‘Hey, this Joe record is too hot right now. Yall need to pull that back.’ And they would oblige.”

Britney on that grind!

Britney Spears is "spending her summer in the recording studio" to work on her next album, according to a statement from Jive Records and the artist's manager, Larry Rudolph.

Spears is said to be working "with a team of top-notch producers and songwriters" not named in the statement, but JR Rotem, Sean Garrett, Guy Sigsworth, Danja and Bloodshy & Avant have all independently revealed that they're contributing to the as-yet-untitled project.

The new album, for which no release date has been confirmed, will be the follow-up to last year's "Blackout," which has sold 879,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The album was largely overshadowed by Spears' tabloid-fodder personal life and her disastrous performance of the single "Gimme More" during the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas.

As reported last week, Spears will appear in a video that will be used during a sequence of Madonna's upcoming tour.
