AC/DC will embark on a world tour before the end of the year in support of its next studio album, according to authoritative fan site Electric Shock.

The album is likely to be titled "Black Ice" and will be released Oct. 28 in North America via Columbia, but will be sold exclusively at Wal-Mart stores. A Columbia spokesperson was unavailable for comment at deadline.

First single "Runaway Train" will hit radio in late August, the site says. The album was produced by Brendan O'Brien and is AC/DC's first since 2000's "Stiff Upper Lip."

Yesterday, it was announced that the band's "Let There Be Rock" will appear in the video game "Rock Band 2," which hits stores in September.

Is it me or is something really seriously fucked up when an AC/DC album will be sold exclusively at Wal-Mart????
